CHIEF ADMINISTRACTIVE AND FINANCIAL OFFICER (CAO/CFO)
Johnbosco Oboma is Chief Administrative and Financial Officer (CAO/CFO) of OutFront JB Family Residential Care, LLC and he is also sole owner with accountability and oversight as the governing body. Johnbosco obtained his Master’s degree of Public Health (MPH) and Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Capella University, and obtained his B.S in Health Care Administration from Stevens-Henager College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Johnbosco is a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) and He also holds Certificates from University of Southern Maine in Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) and Mental Health Support Specialist (MHSS).
Apart from DSP experience, Johnbosco has held several leadership roles over the past 20 years from nursing home to supported living facility of persons with developmental disabilities and he enjoys leading and connecting with others.
Johnbosco believes to be a good leader, one must set a good example for others to follow. That is where his commitment, passion, empathy, honesty and integrity come into play. Johnbosco resides in Portland with his wife and their children.
When Johnbosco is not working, he loves to cook and spending time with his wife and the children. His hobbies are: Sports- walking and Exercise. Socializing- Community work, Church Activities and Volunteer work. Music- Listening and Traveling.

Ellens has been working in the Social Services Field for most of her professional life. She began direct support to individual adults with mental and developmental disabilities for the last 12 years. Ellens strongly endorse the mission of OutFront to assist and help members with their individual goals that they will carry out themselves. To listen, respect, and provide dignity and individuality to each member. Also provide each member with experiences, choices, and equal opportunities. Moreover, she wants to advocate and educate members with disabilities, the families, lawmakers, and the whole community.
Ellens obtained Bachelor's Degree of Social and Behavioral Science (BA) from University Of Southern Maine and Associate in Applied Science Human Service from Southern Community College.
Ellens resides in Portland with her husband Johnbosco and their children, when Ellens is not working, she loves to travel, cooking and spending time with her husband watching movies and going out for dinner with friends and family members. Ellens believes the values of the family is the most important thing in life.
